On July 21, ADEFAGUA (Association for the Development of the Guatemalan Family) enthusiastically celebrated Psychologist’s Day, organizing a special event to honor the dedication and hard work of mental health professionals, who are the heart of the organization.
The celebration took place at D’Leña Steak, located in Zone 10 of Guatemala City, with the attendance of psychologists, volunteers, and administrative staff from the association.

The event began with welcome remarks from Wendy Klingenberger, Director of ADEFAGUA. This was followed by a special networking and storytelling session, emphasizing the importance of strengthening ADEFAGUA’s presence in the community. Some members shared their efforts in promoting the association to individuals and organizations.
To conclude, participants received bracelets with the motto “We Are All ADEFAGUA”, serving as a tangible reminder of unity and commitment.
