How can I access the clinic's services if I have limited resources?
We offer an income-adjusted sliding fee scale and, in some cases, provide services free of charge through grants and donations, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need.
Do I need a medical referral to receive psychological care at the clinic?
No, you do not. You can contact us directly to schedule an initial assessment appointment and begin the counselling process without a referral.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
We ask that you bring any relevant documentation about your medical or psychological history, as well as identification and, if applicable, proof of income for adjusted fees.
How long does each therapy session last?
Therapy sessions typically last between 45 and 60 minutes, adjusted according to the individual needs of each patient.
What if I can't keep a scheduled appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can offer the space to another client.
Can I receive psychological care if I do not speak Spanish?
Yes, we have therapists who speak several languages or we can provide an interpreter to ensure that you receive the support you need in the language you prefer..
